This policy explains your cancellation and refund rights for the Gridwinner Pro subscription. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Pro is a rolling monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have the right to cancel a new subscription within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Gridwinner Pro is a digital service delivered instantly. At checkout we ask you to confirm that you want access to the paid features straight away and that you understand you will lose your 14-day right to cancel once the service has been fully supplied. This consent is recorded at the point of payment.
You can cancel your subscription whenever you like from your account settings (managed through Stripe). When you cancel:
We are not obliged to give refunds for change of mind after the cooling-off period. However, if something has gone wrong — for example you were billed in error or the service was not as described — contact us and we will put it right. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a digital service that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If a payment fails or is reversed, or you raise a chargeback, we may suspend or downgrade your Pro access. If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.
