Gridwinner is a research and analytics tool for Amazon FBA wholesale and arbitrage sellers. It helps you organise and screen product data faster. It does not make decisions for you. This Disclaimer forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.

Not financial, investment, business, or legal advice

Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, tax, accounting, business, or legal advice, and nothing should be relied on as a recommendation to buy, sell, or stock any product. The figures, grades, and signals we display are informational only. You are solely responsible for your own sourcing, pricing, and selling decisions, and you should take independent professional advice where appropriate.

Everything is an estimate

The numbers Gridwinner shows are automated estimates produced by formulas and heuristics. They are approximations and will often differ — sometimes materially — from real-world outcomes. This includes, without limitation:

• Fees (referral, FBA, prep, shipping, VAT). Where a figure is not in your file we estimate it — for example a default referral rate and a weight-based or fallback FBA fee. Actual Amazon fees depend on live size tiers, category, and programme changes.
• Profit, ROI, margin, and “Max Buy Cost”. These are derived from the prices and costs in your file plus the cost settings you enter. If those inputs are wrong or incomplete, the outputs will be too.
• Sales velocity and estimated monthly sales. These are modelled from sales-rank signals using heuristics and will not match a listing’s true sales.
• The Alpha Score and A–D grades. These are an algorithmic opinion combining several weighted factors. A high score is not a promise of profit or a low-risk product.

Risk and eligibility flags are not guarantees

Signals such as gated-brand, hazardous-material, meltable, oversize, saturation, or “Amazon on the listing” are heuristic risk indicators based on a curated, non-exhaustive list and pattern-matching. They may be wrong, out of date, or incomplete. A “clean” result does not mean you are eligible to sell a product, and a flag does not always mean you are not. Selling eligibility, brand gating, hazmat handling, and category approval are determined by Amazon, not by us. Always confirm eligibility and restrictions in your Amazon Seller Central account before purchasing inventory.

We rely on data you provide

Gridwinner analyses the spreadsheets you upload (for example Keepa, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SmartScout, or Amazon exports). We do not independently verify that third-party data and we are not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, currency, or your right to use it. The accuracy of our output depends entirely on the accuracy of your input.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any particular profit, sales, ranking, or business outcome. Marketplace conditions, competition, fees, demand, and Amazon’s policies change constantly and are outside our control. Past performance shown in historical data is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and with the policies of any marketplace you sell on (including Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement and programme policies), and for your own product safety, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, and tax obligations (including VAT). Assumption of risk

You use Gridwinner and rely on its output at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
