This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with Gridwinner (the “Service”). It forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaching it may lead to suspension or termination of your access and, where appropriate, legal action.
You must not
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest the Service, or access it through any automated means (bots, scripts, headless browsers) except where we expressly permit it.
- Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, or attempt to derive its source code, models, scoring logic, or underlying ideas, except to the limited extent the law does not allow this to be prohibited.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Service or its output to third parties, or use it to build, train, or improve a competing product or service.
- Benchmark or analyse the Service for a competitor, or use it to develop a substantially similar tool.
- Circumvent usage limits or access controls — including tier limits, scan caps, paywalls, or authentication — or share, sell, or transfer your account credentials.
- Upload or process unlawful or infringing data, or data you do not have the right to use, or content that contains malware or is designed to disrupt the Service.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures, without our prior written consent.
- Use the Service to break the law or to violate the policies of any marketplace (such as Amazon) or data provider (such as Keepa) whose data or platform you use alongside it.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Gridwinner, or remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices.
Automated access and security research
If you would like to integrate with or test the Service in a way this policy would otherwise prohibit, contact us first at legal@gridwinner.com. We welcome responsible disclosure of security issues — please report them to the same address rather than exploiting them.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, to protect the Service, our users, or our rights. We may also report unlawful activity to the authorities. Our intellectual-property rights and your obligations are set out further in our Terms of Service.
